For years, I felt stuck in survival mode -constantly on edge, exhausted, and disconnected from my body. No matter how much I tried to “relax,” my nervous system just wouldn’t cooperate. I didn’t know how to get out of the cycle of stress and burnout.
I searched for answers but found a lot of complicated, clinical explanations that didn’t translate into real, lasting change. I wanted something practical, something that actually worked. So, I took matters into my own hands.
I spent years studying nervous system regulation, trauma-informed movement, and the science of stress.
I experimented, trained, and learned how to actually rewire the nervous system for calm, clarity, and energy. And I made a promise to myself: once I figured this out, I’d teach others how to do the same.
