What is the Nervous System Rewire™ Practitioner Certification?
The Nervous System Rewire™ Practitioner Certification is a 50-hour professional training for health practitioners, movement teachers, coaches, clinicians and educators who want to help people create real, lasting change by working with the nervous system.
This immersive training blends neuroscience, poly-vagal theory and embodied somatic practice to show you how the nervous system shapes behaviour, emotion, learning and health, and how to guide people out of chronic stress and into regulation, resilience and capacity.
You’ll learn how the autonomic nervous system, the vagus nerve and brain–body communication systems work, and develop practical skills to support people navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma patterns, pain, fatigue and nervous system dysregulation.
Whether you’re new to this work or an experienced practitioner looking for the missing piece, this certification gives you the frameworks, language and confidence to guide people back into safety, regulation and sustainable wellbeing.

Health Professionals
This 50-hour training teaches you how to read and track nervous system states and guide clients to build genuine capacity for regulation.
You’ll develop a clear understanding of how emotions, pain, immune function, digestion, inflammation, sleep and mental health are shaped by the nervous system.
You’ll feel confident working in the space that closes the gap between understanding and embodied change, supporting clients to translate insight into self-directed regulation, resilience and nervous system capacity.
Coaches and Facilitators
This certification gives you a grounded, science-informed framework for translating nervous system theory into practical, embodied work.

Who Teaches This Practitioner Certification Training?
This Nervous System Practitioner Certification is led by Natalja Wiese, a registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CPRB/CEPNZ), nervous-system-informed educator and coach, yoga and pilates teacher with a deep focus on regulation, embodiment, and capacity building.
Natalja’s work is grounded in both science and lived experience. Through her own journey of working with chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and the long-term impact of early life experiences, she understands firsthand how deeply the nervous system shapes the way we move, feel, relate, and live.
Her approach weaves together clinical physiology, neuroscience, polyvagal-informed principles, embodied movement, breath, and somatic awareness, supporting regulation from the bottom up in a way that is paced, relational, and sustainable.
This training reflects years of study, teaching, and hands-on practice with people navigating stress, overwhelm, fatigue, emotional reactivity, and trauma-related patterns. Natalja’s intention is to bridge the gap between understanding nervous system theory and embodying it in everyday life and professional practice.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all method, Natalja teaches adaptable frameworks that prioritise safety, awareness, and choice, allowing practitioners to integrate nervous system work into their own modality with integrity.
